CRN UK are seeking a Project Manager to develop and project manage a new project which is aimed at assisting healthcare institutions throughout England and businesses along the M62 corridor to achieve quantifiable reductions of their waste which is currently going to landfill.
This exciting new role requires a person who is enthusiastic about reuse and recycling, a self starter who understands how businesses operate, has at least 2 years experience in waste and recycling, and understands the community waste sector.

WRAP works to help businesses and individuals reap the benefits of reducing waste, develop sustainable products and use resources in an efficient way.
Are you looking to join an experienced team who understand the challenges faced by local authorities in the provision of good quality recycling and effective waste prevention programmes? WRAP's (Waste & Resources Action Programme) Local Authority Support Programme provides local authorities with best practice local communications advice and support with the aim of encouraging residents to recycle more and waste less.
The successful applicants will provide expert advice to local authorities, recommend and manage accompanying grant support and manage a wide portfolio of projects.
They will need to demonstrate proven communications/marketing experience and have managed a broad range of projects, preferably in the public sector/within a local authority. It is also expected that they will have a sound knowledge and experience of waste prevention and recycling issues.
The Banbury based adviser role will provide support to English authorities and is funded through WRAP's Local Authority Support Programme. The adviser role based in London will work with London Boroughs only and projects will be funded through WRAP's Local Authority Support Programme and/or the London Waste and Recycling Board's (LWaRB) 'Recycle For London' Programme which is a partnership with the Greater London Authority (GLA).
